How it Works

One 90-minute session. Two complementary services. Built around you.

The Long View brings psychotherapy and strength training together in one flexible, integrated experience.

Your session, your needs.

What happens during a session?

Therapy and strength training serve different purposes. They can also work together to help you build changes that last.

Therapy

This might include:

  • Habits and patterns

  • Motivation and setbacks

  • Body image and identity

  • Coping skills and self-compassion

Strength Training

Individualized strength training built around your experience, abilities, preferences, and goals.

This might include:

  • Building strength and capacity

  • Learning movements and technique

  • Developing confidence with exercise

  • Creating a sustainable approach to training

Is The Long View a good fit for you?

You might be a good fit if:

You are taking or planning to take GLP-1 medication.

You see psychological and physical change as connected.

You want more than weight loss.
